Rebuilt Ready ("we," "us," "our") is a Michigan salvage-vehicle pre-inspection service operated by a sole proprietor. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
When you book a salvage-vehicle pre-inspection we collect the information you provide on our booking form: your name, email address, mobile phone number, vehicle details, and the documents you upload (vehicle title, identification, and parts receipts). We collect this information for a single purpose — completing your inspection and preparing the associated Michigan TR-13A paperwork.
By providing your mobile phone number on our booking form, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Rebuilt Ready about your own inspection: appointment reminders, requests for missing documents, and notices that your completed paperwork has been sent to you. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances.
Your information is used to schedule and perform your pre-inspection, prepare your TR-13A packet, communicate with you about your vehicle, and support the State of Michigan recertification process. We retain documents only as long as needed for your inspection and then purge them under our retention policy.
We share your completed inspection paperwork with the state-approved salvage inspector handling your vehicle, as required to complete your recertification. We use trusted service providers (for payments, email, text messaging, and secure document storage) solely to operate the service, and only to the extent needed. We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Your documents are stored securely and access-controlled. We keep them only for as long as your inspection requires and delete them thereafter.
