These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rebuilt Ready website and services. Rebuilt Ready is a Michigan salvage-vehicle pre-inspection service operated by a sole proprietor. By booking an inspection or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
We prepare Michigan TR-13A salvage-recertification paperwork based on the vehicle, documents, and information you provide, and we coordinate your pre-inspection. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you submit. Final recertification is performed by a state-approved inspector; we do not guarantee the outcome of any state inspection.
Fees for inspection preparation are disclosed at the time of booking. Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled subject to availability.
When you provide your mobile number and book with us, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Rebuilt Ready related to your own inspection (appointment reminders, document requests, and paperwork notices). These are the SMS program terms:
Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
You agree to provide truthful information and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or discontinue service for misuse.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebuilt Ready is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from the results of any state inspection.
